What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I like the emphasis on training- it's good to know that my development is important.

Worst

Although training is the best bit it is also the worst bit- I often miss stuff in the office because we spend so much time away on residential training in the Lake District. Also you don't have as much control over your training budget as you might be led to believe.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

They like to be a bit different just try not to let their application process throw you.

Do you have any interview tips?

It's the obvious one but be yourself, they're looking to see if your personality fits with the scheme which is more important with this job than most others. It's best for everyone if you don't pretend to be someone you aren't.
