Emphasise leadership qualities and diligence in your work. I would also ensure that Operations is really for you before applying. The role demands results from day 1.

Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure you are prepared with many examples of past experiences demonstrating leadership, team work, technical expertise. Make sure you also understand Operations and how it works within the supply chain. I would also advise knowing technical tools to use in Customer/ Supplier relations.
