What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
You should have a "can-do", positive attitude, be flexible with working hours and really passionate about your work to excel in this company. You have to have a rough idea of how a catering company works, but it isn't a major issue if you've never worked in one before. Make your application interesting, you want to stand out from the rest of the graduates!
Do you have any interview tips?
The Graduate Scheme interview was lots of team based activities - one question was "If you could have breakfast with anyone at all, who would it be, where and why?" - a really random question for an interview but unlike other. You become relaxed and can show your true personality. You need to be able to work as team, don't talk over the top of everyone else, listen, but make sure you get your word in and be confident with it.
