What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Flexible, space for development, being able to influence future rotations, visiting different sites to learn how they operate differently.
Worst
Sometimes there is a lack of support, communication could be improved, hours can be tough (industry is demanding).

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Keep an open mind, the opportunities that this company can offer you is vast. Do your research, there's a lot more that goes behind our products than you could ever imagine!
Do you have any interview tips?
Questions asked during an interview included the usual e.g. how you approached a difficult situation, talk about a time you had to work as a team. There was also an assessment centre with some team exercises such as building using spaghetti and marshmallows, working on case studies. I found that this company strongly takes into consideration a person's value so rather than any previous experience, they would rather employ people who fit in with the company's values. Cliché, but just be yourself!
