What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I can't really advise - I applied after completing a placement with 3M previously and had a brief interview and no assessment centre. I'd say it is an honest company and no-one tried to trick you - it is probably best for you to be honest also. The company is pretty good at picking the right people for what they want so you are either a good fit or you aren't.
Do you have any interview tips?
I had very normal interview questions - nothing tricky or unusual. You'll be interviewed for the engineering scheme by potential supervisors and regional experts so they will know what they want from their engineers.
