What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

- Flexible working hours.
- Graduate scheme means I get to work in 2 factories, gaining more experience than only being based at one.
- Good people to work with, creating a positive working environment.

Worst

- Not able to work for home.
- Mainly do project work, so have peaks and troughs - I find the troughs hard to ride out.
- Do not use much of my Chemical Engineering degree knowledge - as 3M is more of a mechanical manufacturing company than chemical manufacturer.
