What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself - Mars is a very personal company that wants to see applicants passion for the 5 principles and the company. Don't try to be too corporate and professional just relax and enjoy the experience.
Do you have any interview tips?
Most of the interview will be competency based. There was very little technical stuff in my interviews but that will probably depend on where they feel there were gaps in your application. For competency based questions think through examples in advance and do a lot of personal reflection. Mars is very big on learning agility so even if you don't have an answer, showing some form of self awareness around the subject would be a good step.
