Do you have any interview tips?
2 Interviews and a written test. The first interview is with HR and heavily based on competency questions so have lots of examples ready. Questions included a time when you have missed or nearly missed a deadline, how you cope with stress, how you deal with being bored, how do you organise your workload.
The second interview was with a member of the team I applied for. This was an informal chat to find out more about me as a person and to see if I would fit in with the rest of the team.
