What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
A brilliant team, and work with a lot of responsibility. A fun culture and brand-new office in Reading which is a great place to work in, embracing smart-working with hotdesking and opportunities for home-working.
Worst
The current rotation is very project-based, which is sometimes difficult to take initiative as I'm fairly new to the company and the role, and I tend to prefer having a consistent workload of tasks to complete.
