What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

It can be relatively hard to find information about GSK on the internet, certainly when it comes to interview prep. My best piece of advice would be to focus on the company mission and values. Think how well this fits with your personal values and ambitions and how you have been able to demonstrate this.

Do you have any interview tips?

Show your personality, passion and remember to SMILE!!

When you get through to the assessment centre your academic credentials have been validated. Now they are looking at your potential as a future leader, how well you fit with the company values and your of course your interpersonal skills.

Don't panic if you aren't an expert in the area that you are applying for. They know this - just show how you can apply yourself and use logic.
