JM are looking for people who are:
- Driven/self-motivated.
- Able to communicate and work with people on all levels of the organisation (from shop floor to board level).
- Unafraid of challenging/confronting people.
Do you have any interview tips?
- Prepare well, know recent developments/news about JM.
- Prepare some well thought out questions to ask interviewers - this really helped in my interview to show that I was switched on and interested in the company.
