What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
They say that you can't prepare for the Fast Stream Assessment Centre - but you can!! Read everything you can find online and speak to as many people who have been though the process as possible. This means that you'll know what to expect, and have an idea about the competencies they are looking for you to demonstrate at each stage.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself - the best thing about working in the public sector is that they don't expect you to fit into any particular mould.
