What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you have experience in job related skills. Go and get part time work, lead groups of people in university and experience things outside of 'standard' university life.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be passionate and excitable about what you have done. If you can't get excited about what you have done, how can you expect an interviewer to be. One big tip for the assessment process would be during the lunch break go and speak to the assessors. They are human and like to be talked to!
