Working with a big team there is an opportunity for socialising.
I get along with everyone I work in close quarters with.
The Factory needs to keep running so it can be stressful when there is a major breakdown.
You are very time-limited to come up with solutions. You can find yourself having a lot of responsibilities fairly quickly which can be a bit stressful if you are not used to it.
The factory is a chicken slaughterhouse so for a fair amount of people the working environment is not pleasant.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
As everyone who is applying for the Graduate jobs will have a degree and been through Uni experience, make sure your CV is not just about your time at University.
Try to emphasise other things such as work experience. Things that will make you stand out.
Do you have any interview tips?
The whole interview process is a day long assessment which includes a tour of the factory at the start. Pay attention during the factory tour as some of the information you are told there might be useful during the interview.
