What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Every day is different with new challenges, constantly new problems arise that need to be solved.
Working with a big team there is an opportunity for socialising.
I get along with everyone I work in close quarters with.

Worst

The Factory needs to keep running so it can be stressful when there is a major breakdown.
You are very time-limited to come up with solutions. You can find yourself having a lot of responsibilities fairly quickly which can be a bit stressful if you are not used to it.

The factory is a chicken slaughterhouse so for a fair amount of people the working environment is not pleasant.
