Best
Having to work with a number of different people throughout the company, problem solve and work on projects that will have a tangible positive impact on the company.
Worst
Sometimes it can be difficult to implement changes with employees who have been in the role a long time, who are resistant to change. But this gives you the opportunity to really build your influencing and persuasion skills.
