What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Consider whether an office environment is for you - there is opportunity for a role on site too which has more plant based experience. But due to the split location of Sellafield, this is limited for design engineers to a 6 month secondment at site.
If you want more time on plant, apply for a site based role.
