What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
My application was a simple CV and cover letter, and was made whilst I was still at university. Focus not only on academic achievements as the company tend to hire well rounded individuals.
Do you have any interview tips?
Assessment centre consisted of competency interview, technical interview, presentation and group exercise as well as a dinner the night before. Just be yourself and hopefully you will click with your interviewers - that'll make it easier for them to see if you will be a good fit with the company.
