What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Apply early. The application process was the best of the companies I applied for. This process wil however l be for jobs in Sunbury, Pangbourne, Hull and Aberdeen. You do have some say over which location you will work at, but some graduates ended up going to places they wouldn't have picked.
Do you have any interview tips?
Competency questions are a pain, but just take their advice and try and think of some good examples. The phone interview and technical interview were both very informal and quite enjoyable. The assessment centre was less so, being run by HR rather than engineers. The technical interview and assessment centre were both held in Sunbury which is awkward to get to...
