What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Being introduced to so many people across the business and having the flexibility to go and see what the other graduates are working on. Also that everyone in the company treats us as another employee is really nice.

Worst

Moving every 6 months can be hard work but you learn to cut down the amount of stuff you have!
Managers can be busy and so it is important to have the drive to be able to get on with your work and to get hold of your manager when you need to.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
