What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It's an obvious statement, but make sure you know the company! Morgan isn't a household name, but the company's products are everywhere and span across a large number of markets/sectors. Make sure you know about the history of the company, as well as the engineering and material solutions that Morgan offer.
Demonstrate your strengths and sell yourself. Don't be arrogant, but ensure that your achievements are set out for all to see (as long as they are relevant)!
Ensure you know what you want from your career. Do you want to be a leader of the company, or do you want to become a technical expert? There are several questions you should ask yourself prior to applying for the grad schemes at Morgan: What are my skill sets? Do I want to lead others and if so, in what way? Am I wanting a technical position or something different?

Be prepared! You're going to be challenged and questioned heavily during the assesment centres and interviews!
Ensure you have some good examples in your mind of when you have excelled in a leadership/team role and what you have learnt from this. This even stretches back to before university education in terms of academic decisions and of course, going though your CV with a fine tooth comb!
First impressions go a long way - dress smart, be polite and consider emotional intelligence...if you don't know what this is, do some studying.
