What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure to give real life examples of how you have demonstrated your skills/personality e.g. if you have leadership skills, tell a story about how your leadership skills benefited the team in completing the task/objective.
Look at the vast array of products that Morgan manufactures and try to include any knowledge from university/job experience that you have of those products.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be prepared to think on your feet, there are tasks in the assessment centre that have a tight time limit. The best way to handle these is to not panic and work logically and quickly through the tasks.
Interact and be friendly with the other people at the assessment centre with you.
