What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Don't be put off applying if you don't have a really, really strong passion for cars (that will come once you see the car park!), as the company has so much else to offer. Also, VWG is really big on the culture fit, they really focus on making sure you and your personality would fit in well here, not just your technical competencies.
