What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Read about the company, and know your job description. Mars is a private business, so you won't be able to find out loads about the company, but get a picture about what the culture is about. Think about why you would be best suited to working in the company and gear up your application to this.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself in interview, we're not a corporate company, we want to hire people who have the right cultural and attitude fit to our business.

I ended up talking about one of my hobbies at length in my interview. Completely unrelated to the job, but it demonstrates outside interests, an indication of a well-rounded person.
