What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Work in a team, flexible hours (to some extent), company is happy to fund trips and training, other grads are lovely, work towards communication.
Worst
Left to do a lot alone, no structured training, manager is not very communicative, flexible path but little guidance, not the best support when in the regional office.
