What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Work/Life balance is generally good, the people you work with on a day-to-day basis are friendly, warm, welcoming and will go out of their way to help you if you ask.
Worst
The salary has become uncompetitive as I have progressed & become more qualified. The work can sometimes be repetitive, and the company is very slow in regards to change (i.e working from home policies and wider change intiatives)

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000
