What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The exposure to the agency network is unique and provides you with a fantastic insight into how NFUM operates.
The exposure coupled with the responsibility given to you to drive your own opportunities and networking allows you to feel in control of your future.
Worst
The only downside I have found so far with the scheme, is that some periods may be isolating due to working from home, without a central hub nearby to meet colleagues and network. The working from home aspect is necessary due to the need to learn the content to pass the licensing to sell M & P line products.
