Best
Got chances to contact/ communicate with all kinds of people through work and you will be learning a lot of organizing & scheduling skills on tasks and develop it into your own work model.
Worst
It can be overwhelming for a new starter as lot of procedures to follow and once you got into the familiarity, it can be draining sometimes.
