What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It's a great company to work for so the best way to do well is to get your foot in the door and then look into what role within the company you would enjoy the most. Internal moves are easier to get than other companies I have worked at so you can shape your career much more easily.
Do you have any interview tips?
Let your character show through in the interview, it's much less about the specific role and more about would you fit in with the culture and the people. Be honest and up front with people, nobodys perfect and I think Asda look for the best in you during the interview process and focus on what you can do rather than what you can't.
