What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself! Show your passion and enthusiasm. This industry is constantly changing and I think key is demonstrating how you have instigated and reponded to change. Dont necessarily think you need to have bundles of knowledge about the energy industry- as a service graduate I didn't- I was attracted to the role because of the diversity and challenge that it offered not because of the energy industry however you learn so much and I guarantee that like me you will become passionate about the energy industry within a few days of working here!
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview is tough- but we want the best graduates. Keep calm during your presentation and be yourself. The assessors are not there to trip you up so answer their questions honestly and demonstrate your enthusiasm.
