What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Try to sell your team working aspects of yourself more. In real job, no one like the “Mr always right”, Its about the team work and working towards one goal. Technical prospective is good to have but they can see that from your degree grade , only thing they want to see in interviews are your general awareness of industry and interpersonal/communication skills/
