What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

There were a lot of other interns here so there is a good social side of the work. Many of the other interns got on really well with their departments, the people are nice and welcoming.

The organization within the business is at times poor. They were not aware me and 2 other interns were coming so did not have any work planned for us. They asked other departments to submit project proposals but these were not detailed enough or reviewed in time for when we got here. That meant that throughout the year I was moving between different projects and not getting fully immersed in something I could make a significant impact in.
