You require a good understanding of what Sellafield Ltd does, what the structure of the organisation is in terms of ownership and governance etc. and some of the projects and operations taking place on the site. You will also need a good technical understanding of the particular role you are applying to so that you can demonstrate that you have enthusiasm for the area and appreciate what it entails.
