Take your time when filing out the form/s, do a bit of background research into the company and industry. Plan and prepare.
Do you have any interview tips?
Prepare, make notes, practice where possible, but ultimately relax. The interview / assessment center process is fantastic, they help you to relax and get to know some of the people from the company who will be interviewing you, by means of chatting and having a bit of a laugh the evening before. During the actual interviews the interviewers are just looking to get the most out of you, not to criticize or mark you down.
