What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research the company and the industry and you will discover how complex and interesting it really is. There are many different roles available at Sellafield so do not think it is purely for those with an engineering background (I have a business and finance background myself).
Do you have any interview tips?
This may sound cliche but be yourself. At Sellafield they are not only looking for the obvious intelligent people but also those with the character and personality needed to have potential for progression within the company.
The selection process is very fair and as long as you are confident in your abilities and can demonstrate a real knowledge and desire for the company then there will be no problems.
