What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Ability to see challenging problems and to have the responsibility to overcome these through communicating with other team members.
Good level of training provided both internally and externally.
Ability to choose own placements and move about the business.
Worst
The level of support provided to graduates can vary hugely depending on the line manager of each placement from excellent all the way through to not very helpful and too busy to help out.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
