Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £43,000 - £45,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
If you have a preference for a specific construction sector or role e.g. property vs infrastructure or project management and also management consultancy. It is best to be clear about this from the beginning. If you don't know. That's OK but make sure that you come across as flexible if that's the case.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be honest. I didn't have a background in construction and was asked why it interested me. Whilst for me it was the company ethos and role. It is good to come prepared as the interviewers will often see through you. Also enthusiasm and confidence are a great asset.
