What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Capita is very keen on 'culture' fit, so make sure you feel comfortable with the companies values and are able to talk about them when applying.
Capita is also a very diverse company in terms of areas it works in - knowing about the breadth of Capita's businesses will be an asset.
