What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Write in your own voice, this isn't an intense corporate application. They want to know who you are as a person, not your achievements or your grades, but your point of view. Be honest. If you read it back and it doesn't sound exactly like how you speak, start again.

Do you have any interview tips?

Watch lots of adverts before you come in. What makes them good, what makes them bad, do you think they work? What do you think the strategy behind the idea was? They aren't trying to trick you at the interviews by showing you really obscure adverts, they want to know if you can interpret them. Don't pretend you love an advert just because we have done it - if you don't like it tell us why and where you think it went wrong!
The biggest thing the interviewers are asking themselves is if they could sit next to you on a flight for three hours. This is an interview to get to know you, and that matters much more than your knowledge of advertising theory or the history of the company (but obviously this helps as well!)
