What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Read about the company profile, including any sister or parent companies (ie Arcadis and it's other OpCos), as the core values are a big part of what makes EC Harris and Arcadis unique within the market.
Research the global construction and consultancy market and client demands. There is a big drive towards improving global collaboration within EC Harris and Arcadis, in order to respond better to client's ever increasing growing global requirements.

Be confident, but don't lie as you won't get away with it in front of an expert.
