Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself. The company is looking for people who align with the values as opposed to those with the highest qualifications. Do some research before the interview to get a feel for the company and be familiar with the values and future strategy.

Do you have any interview tips?

Prepare answers for strength-based questions. Prior research of the company values and strategy would be beneficial. The assessment centre for the graduate programme was half a day and was less intense than at other companies, but preparation is still essential.
