What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
You get to lead a project from day one and make sure everything runs smoothly. I am really learning so much by observing what others do and asking many questions which is very motivating. People seem to trust me and rely on me.
Worst
Knowing Dutch is a key advantage as most people on the project are Dutch and would speak Dutch between each other.
