BT is involved in lots of exciting things at the moment, and is in the media for a lot of the right reasons, so make sure you have a sense of where the company is heading and what it might look to do next to support its long term strategic aims.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be genuine, BT is not looking for a specific sort of person, so just be yourself. Being such a large company BT depends upon diversity. We have a huge customer base, and all of our customers are different and our workforce should reflect this diversity if we wish to serve our customers well.
