What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be prepared to work hard and learn. Sisk gives a platform where you have areas to ask stupid questions and make mistakes, but grow from them and learn. Also, be prepared to work on a variety of sectors with numerous people across UK, Ireland and Europe. Follow Sisk's core values of care, excellence and integrity with all activities you do.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be clued up, as the interview/assessment process is a full day which is representative of some of the day to day pressures involved with working on site. Prepare as much as you can. Many of the assessors are extremely senior within the company and are well aware of the types of candidate that would be an asset to the company.
