The people I work with and the support I get as a new graduate.
Worst
Working from home during the pandemic has been difficult as I feel I have definitely learnt at a slower rate than I would be if I was in the office.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Fairly straight forward and it wasn't extensive compared to some of the other applications I did which was good.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself. They will challenge you with 'out the box' group discussion topics to get a feel of who you are. I think they like to see individuality from these. Don't be scared to talk up in the group meetings and chat with the managers over lunch.
