Prepare for a normal interview, review what you've done for the last few years - internships, projects etc. - and make sure you know the basics about the company and the industry they work in. They don't expect you to be an expert but do want to see that you have taken some time to understand what you are applying for and that you are committed to taking the role if they offer you it.
