Best

You drive your own learning, can essentially choose what you want to do and go from there - lots of freedom and flexibility.
No direct responsibilities are given to you as you are learning.

Worst

Trying to work in an environment where you have been 'forced' onto some people - I have found people not liking how I got to where I am, but that's not their problem, it's my career.

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000
