Do you have any interview tips?
Again, consider safety and the customer in everything you do. First Group are looking to develop future leaders through this scheme, future leaders for the business and the wider industry, so consider how you would lead a team (of various sizes), what skills you have already developed and what skills you want to develop through the scheme. There's no problem with being ambitious but back it up with clear intentions/actions from previous experiences/university.
