What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The team are great. Everyone is so welcoming, all are like-minded and really easy going. They're supportive and insightful, always happy to share what they know. As I've said before, what you put in, you get out - it's incredibly satisfying seeing a situation progress when you've been the driving factor.

Worst

You're at the whim of people - you can do everything right, and at the eleventh hour, a candidate or client might change their mind and it results in no return, despite your hard work.

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:30

Finish: 17:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Put yourself out there - be confident, even if you don't feel it. Be pro-active, and try and think outside the box. This is definitely a role for someone who is driven and persistent, what you put in, you get out.

Do you have any interview tips?

Consider why you want the job, why you think you might be up to the task. It's a role in which you might have to deal with dissatisfying results, despite everything seemingly going right - at the end of the day we're dealing with people, and situations change for people on a daily basis.
