Do you have any interview tips?

During the initial telephone interview, I was asked to describe what I know about recruitment and what the day to day responsibilities/duties would entail. Good to do some background research on a typical day in the world of recruitment - meeting candidates, liaising with clients, business development calls, daily marketing etc. During the assessment centres, this is the key time to show off your skillset as well as personality. Show what you can bring to the company and how you would fit in culture-wise.
