What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
If you enjoy being around people, are thorough, driven and passionate then Hays will be the right for you. The job involves a lot of processes and being able to pick these up autonomously from training and other consultants, in order to be successful, you need to have discipline, initiative and an eye for detail. You are the one that has the biggest impact on your success, everyone else around you will give you the support.
